  • By Mail - Make your check or money order payable to "GS Direct." Complete a printed catalog Order Form and mail with check in envelope to: GS Direct Inc. 6490 Carlson Drive, Eden Prairie, MN 55346-1729

Payment Terms

  • Open Account - To apply for an open purchasing account with 30-day payment terms and no interest on on-time payments, call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-234-3729 to have a copy of our Credit Account Information form emailed or faxed. (In most cases, your order can be shipped within 2-3 days of our receipt and approval of your open account application.)
  • Major Credit Card - Charge your order to your MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American express account. There's no surcharge for credit card use.
  • Check with Order - If you prefer to send remittance with our order, please call 1-800-234-3729 for complete shipping/handling or freight charges relating to your order.
  • All transactions are in US Funds.

Discount and Volume Pricing

  • Volume Purchase Discounts - Most GS Direct prices already include volume discount pricing. However, if you need considerably larger quantities than listed in price boxes, we may be able to provide even greater group purchasing or volume purchase discounts.   • Pricing - Prices in this ecommerce website supersede all other catalogs, coupons, discounts and promotions. We also reserve the right to adjust pricing to correct printing errors or respond to manufacturer price changes.

Shipping and Freight Charges

  • Shipping Charges - We use the most economical shipping method for most lighter, smaller products. Shipping charges are calculated based on item size, weight and distance to your shipping destination. Whenever possible, we'll minimize charges by shipping your purchase from our distribution center nearest you. If total weight of all items in your order exceeds standard carrier requirements, we'll notify you of estimated shipping charges before shipping your order. For expedited delivery at extra cost, you may select Next Day or 2nd Day delivery service options. Please provide full street address when ordering; we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Upon shipment of your order, actual shipping charges will be prepaid by us and added to your credit card account or open account invoice. Orders received after business hours or on Saturday & Sunday or over a Holiday will ship the next business day.
  • Truck Shipping Charges - Large/heavy items must be shipped via truck. (Please let us know when ordering if you have a shipper preference.) Whenever possible, we'll minimize charges by shipping your purchase from our distribution center nearest you. Freight cost calculations are based on size and weight of the item(s) and shipping destination. Prior to processing your order, one of our Customer Service Specialists will calculate the cost of shipping your item(s)...and call you to notify you of shipping charge amount and estimated delivery date. Your order will not be shipped without your prior approval of shipping charges. Upon shipment of your order, freight charges will be prepaid by us and added to your credit card account or open account invoice.
  • Small Order Charge - Orders totaling less than $15 are subject to a $2.00 special handling fee, plus regular shipping charges.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Important: Before returning merchandise, please call our Customer Service Department (Toll Free: 1-800-234-3729) to receive a Return Authorization number. Mark this number on the outside of your return package. This will help insure prompt credit to your account.
  • Please ship merchandise for return prepaid in original packing carton within 30 days of purchase date. Inside the returned package, please place a copy of your packing slip and a note explaining (1) Reason for the return, and (2) Preference for exchange, credit or refund (if paid by check).
  • Returns on items such as furniture, files, printers, scanners and special order items may be subject to a restocking fee.
